Delivery Costs

At The Greenfield Collection we have no hidden charges and believe that all costs should be immediately apparent to our customers. All orders to UK mainland addresses qualify for FREE standard (3-5 working days) shipping. We also offer an option to upgrade to Priority (1-2 working days) for £2.95 or Expedited Courier £4.95 (next working day when ordered before 12 noon - mainland UK only).

We usually dispatch products within 24 hours of receiving orders. In some cases this can take longer. Occasionally delivery times maybe affected by factors beyond our control. Please make allowances for deliveries in peak periods and to Scottish Islands.

How We Deliver

As a general rule orders using Standard Delivery (free delivery) are delivered by Royal Mail, unless they are of a size that makes it more economical to send them via courier. Upgraded shipping will be made by the courier that best reflects the delivery speed required - you will be informed of the courier and tracking number (if applicable) by email when your order is dispatched.

 

Returns Within 30 Days

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Returns After 30 Days

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. In order to ensure that the return can be processed, please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item. This will be needed should there be a fault. We are unable to accept products that are outside their warranty period.

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below.
