COVID-19 Update

Orders that were placed online between 16th March 2020 and 1st June 2020 sit within our COVID-19 returns policy, and have an extended 90-day return period.

Please note: Returns to the warehouse may take longer than usual to process, in line with Government guidance due to the COVID-19 risk, we are required to hold returned parcels in our warehouse for 48 hours before processing.

This means your refund may take a little longer than normal to get back to you. If you haven't received your refund within 15 working days please contact us.

 

I made a mistake; how do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse then we are able to cancel your order. Please contact us to do so. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel an order.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

You have the right to return an item providing its within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your customer reference number at the ready (for example: #TGC2366). Please note we are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If your order is over 30 days, you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.

Please do not return your goods without notifying us beforehand via email.

 

My item is unwanted. Can I return my order?

If your purchase is no longer required, it’s in its original packaging, in resell-able condition and within 30 days then you are more than welcome to return your purchase with the following steps:

- Returning Smaller Unwanted Items (for example Picnic Backpacks, Hampers or Wine Cooler Bags)

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll send you a returns label (if it’s unwanted you’ll will need to cover postage) or alternatively you can the return to our address:

Simply print off and attach to the outside of your packaging. You can then return it to any post office.

Please write your returns reference onto the front of your parcel. For example, RMA 2376. This will help speed up the returns process.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50, as we are unable to take responsibility of goods until they are received by us.

- Returning Larger Unwanted Items (for example: Chairs, Tables or large Tents)

Because of the size of the item these cannot be returned at the post office. We’ll have to arrange a collection of your item. Collections cost £18 per item through Tuffnells and £18 per order through DPD Interlink.

The courier we select depends on the size and weight of the return. This delivery charge will be deducted from your total refund. We can arrange a collection anytime between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

My purchase is faulty. What do I do?

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty, or are not up to our usual standards, please contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams.

In this email please provide photos of the fault/damage, your reference number (for example #TGC2366) and your email address and one of our team members shall get back to you with a response.

 

I have returned my item but I've not received my refund?

Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us with your returns reference number (for example: RMA 3537) and/or your order confirmation number (for example: #TGC2366) and we’ll contact you.

If you’ve returned it via your own method please also include tracking details. Once processed please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
Please check orders carefully on receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there are any order discrepancies, we will make every effort to resolve these as soon as possible for you. We do however require that you inform us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. If we are not notified within this period, we reserve the right not to process the return.
